In-Person Event Details
The in-person races start and finish between Wascana Lake and the Queen Elizabeth II Flower Gardens on Walter Scott Way. The 5K route goes clockwise around Wascana Lake. The 3K route is an out-and-back to Pine Island. All courses are subject to change before race day.
Registration for the in-person event includes access to both virtual race distances.
Virtual Event Details
The virtual event allows participants to complete their chosen distance anywhere between July 1 and July 31, 2026. Participants can upload their results online. Registration for the virtual event provides access to both virtual races.
Registration and Policies
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Race package pickup is scheduled for the day before the event and again on race morning at the start/finish area. The event proceeds rain or shine, but organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel for safety reasons, in which case participants would be transferred to an equivalent virtual race.

Registration includes a locally designed Run Regina swag item, a locally designed finisher's medal, chip timing for the in-person event, a custom race bib, free professional race photos, an online leaderboard, and digital finisher medals and certificates.
