The Canada Day Run and Walk in Regina, Saskatchewan occurs on July 1, 2026. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation, with options to run or walk over two distances.

The start and finish are located between Wascana Lake and the Queen Elizabeth II Flower Gardens on Walter Scott Way. The 5K follows a clockwise route around Wascana Lake. The 3K is an out-and-back route to Pine Island. All courses are subject to change prior to race day.
In-person registrations include access to the virtual races in addition to the on-site event. Virtual registrations grant access to the virtual races and allow participants to complete their distance any time between July 1 and July 31, 2026, and upload their time to the virtual results page.
Race fees include a locally designed Run Regina swag item, a locally designed Canada Day finishers medal, chip timing and a custom race bib for in-person participants, free high-definition race photos available for download, an online leaderboard, and digital finisher medal and certificate. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event if conditions are deemed unsafe.
