Event overview
Camp Tri is a multi-discipline event on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Mille Roches Island in Long Sault, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties, Ontario. The event is limited to 700 participants. The venue offers on-site camping and cabin options. The course features a shallow swim, an island-hopping bike route on a parkway, and a run along packed asphalt and gravel trails by the St. Lawrence River.

- Try a Tri (16+) - Swim: 200 m, Bike: 10 km, Run: 2.5 km
- Youth Try a Tri (15 and under) - Swim: 200 m, Bike: 10 km, Run: 2.5 km
- Olympic Duathlon - Run: 10 km, Bike: 40 km, Run: 5 km
- Sprint Duathlon - Run: 5 km, Bike: 20 km, Run: 2.5 km
- Standalone runs - 5 km and 10 km
- Relay options - 2- or 3-person relays covering triathlon distances
Included services and logistics
Registration includes professional timing, a personalized race bib, a swim cap, a free virtual bike fit, on-course nutrition, race photography, post-race snacks, and podium prizes for the top three male, female, and non-binary finishers in each event. Relay entries allow one person to register the team; team members divide swim, bike, and run duties (a two-person relay can cover two sports each). Deadlines include a shirt order cutoff on August 5 and a medal add-on deadline on August 15. Bib pickup is available the day before the event and on race day.
