About the race
The Cornwall Multisport Club hosts two running events on Labour Day in Ontario, held at Gray's Creek and Conservation Road.
The event program includes the following distances:
- 1 km for children 13 and under, free entry.
- 5 km chase, two full loops around Gray's Creek on a mix of multi-use path and road.
The 1 km course is an out-and-back along Conservation Road with limited traffic during the event. The 5 km follows two loops of the Gray's Creek area and uses a staggered start in the chase format.
Entry fees are listed in Canadian dollars. Current CMC members and participants under 14 enter the 5 km for free. Non CMC members aged 14 and older pay CAD 10 for the 5 km. The kids 1 km is free. Online payment is available and a small processing fee applies.
Membership benefits include free entry to all CMC events and activities. Membership is not prorated during the year and registration for 2026 closes on October 31, 2026.
