Bidwells Cambridge 10K 2026
Bidwells Cambridge 10k is an autumn road race held in Cambridge with an event village on Midsummer Common, Victoria Avenue, Cambridge CB5 8DJ. The main route is a closed-road 10 km course through the city centre and along the River Cam, passing historic university college buildings and other landmarks. The race is licensed by Run Britain and has previously received a bronze award for Best 10k in East England.
A shorter 3 km route is organised for 9 to 15 year-olds and also uses closed roads and green space around Midsummer Common. Both routes are marshalled and feature clear signage along the course. The event uses chip timing and email notification of chip times is provided to entrants; official results are published after the race.
Event facilities at the Event Village include a baggage marquee, toilets and vendors. Race packs may be posted to early registrants; later registrants can collect their bib at the Event Village on race morning. The organisers operate a zero-tolerance policy on harassment and abusive behaviour and request concerns be reported to stewards or volunteers.
Entry pricing listed for 2026 includes super early-bird (sold out), early-bird, standard and late rates. The 10k is open to people aged over 16; the 3k is for 9 to 15 year-olds. Transfers and deferred entries are possible subject to deadlines and fees, and prize categories include overall and age-group awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
