The Caliente Bare Dare is a clothing-optional 5K run held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, in Land O Lakes, Florida (34637). The entry fee is $55. Registration opens January 4, 2026. The event is open to participants aged 21 to 85. All-day access to Caliente Resort is included with race entry. Wristbands are provided to identify paid participants and to grant resort access. The race does not post results or participant lists online; a large race clock is available at the finish for runners to note their times. Organizers award custom prizes to the top 20 male and top 20 female finishers; no medals are given. Shoes are required and sunscreen is recommended.
Course and venue
The one-loop course wraps around the grounds of Caliente Resort along running trails and lakes, finishing at the foot of the resort clubhouse. Caliente Resort is located at 21240 Gran Via Boulevard and features a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse with four bars, a nightclub, and a fitness center. The resort includes a large lagoon-style pool with waterfall plus three additional pools. A post-race celebration is held alongside the lagoon pool.
