The Calabash Turkey Trot is scheduled for Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Calabash, North Carolina (9887 Oak St, Calabash, NC 28467). This is the 10th annual edition. The event offers in-person and virtual entry options. One combined entry, called the Ultimate Thanksgiving Challenge, covers running all three in-person distances.

Prize categories include top 3 overall female and male, top 3 masters female and male, and first through third in every five-year age group. There is also an award for best costume. Awards require the recipient to be present; trophies will not be shipped. Pumpkin pie and coffee are served at the finish area. Prices are listed for each event and virtual option.
