The Cahaba Medical Care 5K is an annual running and walking event held in Centreville, Alabama. This 5K race is a USA Track & Field Certified Course that begins and ends at the Cahaba Community Center located at 195 Hospital Drive. The event supports a nonprofit community health center that provides medical services and outreach programs to the local region.

The course takes participants through several landmarks in the area. From the start line, the route heads west through the hospital campus and crosses Birmingham Road with assistance from local police and volunteers. The path leads through the Bibb County High School campus and follows the Cahaba River. Runners cross the river twice, including a segment through the historic uptown district of Centreville which features a short, steep incline. The final portion of the race follows the scenic Cahaba Riverwalk trail before returning to the community center.

There are two hydration stations located along the route, and the race includes sprinklers to assist participants with the temperature. Professional timing is provided, and an awards ceremony is held for different age groups following the conclusion of the event.

The race is held alongside a community celebration featuring local vendors, live music, and activities. Participants receive a post-race meal and watermelon slices at the final station. Parking is available at the Olon Heights Shopping Center, with additional spots at Cahaba Medical Care and Bibb Medical Center.
