Buttermere Sailbeck

Buttermere Sailbeck is a challenging fell race held in Buttermere Village, featuring a demanding course of just over 9 miles with more than 4,000 feet of climbing. The route ascends Knott Rigg, traverses the ridgeline of Ard Crags, and includes a tough climb up Causey Pike before a scenic run across Scar Crags to Sail and Crag Hill. The race finishes with a long, exhilarating descent over Whiteless Pike back to Buttermere.
