Event Overview

The Bursting Bubble 5K Walk & Run takes place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Heckscher State Park in East Islip, New York. Registration Details

Registration for the in-person event includes a race day t-shirt, swag bag, and bib number with a timing chip. A t-shirt is guaranteed for registrations before April 1, 2026. Kids aged 8-17 have a registration fee that includes a t-shirt. Children under 8 can participate for free but must be registered.

Event Day Information

The event features a Wall to Remember as a tribute. On-site activities include bubbles, food trucks, raffles, face painting, and a live DJ. Strollers are allowed on the race route, but dogs are not permitted on the path or near the picnic area. Race day packet pickup begins at 7:30 AM.
