Burrator Noir

The Burrator Noir is a night running event held at the Discovery Centre, Burrator Reservoir. It features a challenging 12-mile trail run through moorland, plantations, rocky paths, and disused railway lines, as well as a flat, fast 10k road race around the reservoir's perimeter. The trail course includes scenic forested paths, open moorland, and historic railway routes, offering a varied and runnable terrain.

The event is part of the Wild Night Run and Wild Run Series and also includes kids' races. Participants must bring a head torch for the night runs, and environmentally friendly practices are encouraged, such as bringing reusable cups and car sharing.
