Burn The Bird 10k, 5k and 1.33 mile Fun Run/Walk
Burn The Bird is a community run and walk held on Thanksgiving morning, November 26, 2026, in Great Falls, Montana. The event starts from Gibson Park at Park Drive North and 4th Avenue North and includes multiple distance options suitable for walkers and runners.

The first 500 participants receive a pair of Burn The Bird socks. A portion of the event proceeds will support the Rivers Edge Trail. Packet pick up is scheduled for November 25, 2026 at Race Montana Headquarters, Evergreen Square, 1301 11th Ave S, Ste 3, Great Falls, MT 59405. Race day sign-up will be available at Gibson Park.
Course routes are established for each distance and were provided by the organizers. The event is presented by Race Montana and uses a combination of park and local streets for the courses.
