Bunny Hop 5K & Easter Egg Hunt Run/Walk
The event is a community race and family activity held at Lakewood Nature Preserve in Greenville, SC, with the start and finish at The Barn (220 Lakewood Drive). The main running distance is a 5K that follows grassy trails through rolling hills with ample shade and occasional wildlife sightings. The race finishes at The Barn, where an Easter egg hunt for children takes place after the run.
There is no time cutoff for the course, and every finisher receives a custom medal. The event uses chip timing with live results, and professional race photos are provided after the event. Race amenities include a custom race bib, a custom finisher medal, a temporary race tattoo, event-themed giveaways, and a race sticker. Water is available at the finish line; the official hydration sponsor provides larger water jugs at aid stations.
Parking is in the field lots adjacent to The Barn; a $5 fee paid during registration covers preserve access so nothing is owed on race day. Packet pickup occurs at The Barn. Dogs and strollers are allowed on course, and headphones are permitted. Awards include trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and age-group medals for first through third in 15 age categories (0-9 up to 80+).
