Bubbles for Beckham Memorial Walk
This is the first annual memorial walk organized in honor of the organizers' son. The event is set at Palmetto Islands County Park in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and combines a leisure walk with a small celebration afterwards.

- 2 Miles Memorial Walk
- 2 Miles Memorial Walk for ages 10 and under
Registration opens August 1 and closes November 8. Registration fees listed by the organizer are $25.00 for the general Memorial Walk and $15.00 for the ages 10 and under category. Complimentary walk t-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by Friday, October 10.
After the walk there will be family-oriented activities including a bounce house, music, kids games, food trucks and bubbles. The organizer describes the walk as a way to celebrate the child’s life and to raise funds for the SUDC Foundation.
All proceeds from the event will go directly to the SUDC Foundation, an organization that supports research, awareness and resources for families affected by sudden unexplained death in childhood. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
