Bubble Run | Seattle 2027 - Puyallup, WA
Bubble Run at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup is a foam-based running event held on August 15, 2027. Participants wear white shirts and may run, walk, dance, or push strollers along a course that covers up to 3 miles. The event also appears with a 5K classification.
The course includes multiple Foam Bogs with colored foam at each station. Organizers state the foam is 100% safe. Volunteers called Bubble-teers assist participants at the foam stations. Waves of participants are released regularly; initial waves start every 3 to 5 minutes, and once a heat begins, small waves are released every 60 to 90 seconds. The last wave in a heat departs up to 30 minutes after the scheduled heat time.
The event recommends arriving 30 to 45 minutes before a participant's heat to park, collect event items, and check in if needed. There may be a parking charge handled by the venue of up to $20. An on-site Bubble Run store sells event apparel and accessories such as t-shirts and tutus.
