Event Overview
The Bubble Run is a thematic running event held at the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup. The course covers a distance of 5 km. Participants encounter multiple foam stations throughout the route, which is designed for all ages. The event concludes with a post-race bubble dance party.
Participation and Registration
The event follows a wave start system to manage the flow of participants. There are two primary registration tiers:
- 5 km (Value Registration) - Includes a race bib, a 2026 limited edition finisher medal, and access to the dance party.
- 5 km (VIP Registration) - Includes all value items plus a t-shirt, sunglasses, bubble wand, headband, drawstring bag, wristband, and temporary tattoo.
The organizers operate a "Buy One & Give One" program, where each registration purchased results in a donated entry for local community members through various charitable organizations.
Logistics
The event venue is located at the Green Lot of the Washington State Fairgrounds. Packet pick-up is available at the venue on the day prior to the event. Participants who choose to collect their packets on the morning of the run are subject to a cash fee per participant.
Parking is managed by the venue and may require a fee, typically collected via card payment. Participants are advised to arrive at the venue approximately 45 minutes before their assigned wave time to complete the check-in process. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
