Event Overview
The Bubble Run is a recreational running event held at Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, Tennessee. Participants cover a course of approximately 3 miles (5 km) while moving through various interactive stations. The event is open to adults and children, and the use of strollers is permitted on the course.
Course Experience
Throughout the route, participants encounter multiple foam bogs. Each bog features a different color of foam designed to coat participants from head to toe. The foam used during the event is 100% safe. While the event is themed around colored foam, participants are encouraged to wear white t-shirts to better display the colors collected during the run.
Participation Details
The event utilizes a wave start system to manage the flow of participants. New waves are released every 3 to 5 minutes to ensure spacing on the course. Within each registered heat, smaller groups are released at intervals of 60 to 90 seconds on a first-come, first-served basis.
