Bubble Run Dallas Fort Worth 2026
The Bubble Run is an outdoor activity held at the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth. Participants wear white t-shirts and travel along a course that spans up to 3 miles or 5 km. The event is open to adults and children, and the use of strollers is permitted on the course.
The route features several locations known as Foam Bogs. At these stations, staff members called Bubble-teers distribute colored foam that covers participants from head to toe. Each station utilizes a different color of foam. The foam used during the event is 100% safe for contact.
Participants are released in small waves every 60 to 90 seconds to manage the flow of the crowd. Entry into these waves is organized on a first-come, first-served basis within specific registration heats. The final wave for any given heat departs 30 minutes after the scheduled heat time.
The venue may charge a parking fee of up to $20, and participants are encouraged to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before their scheduled start to locate parking and collect event materials.
