Brutal @ Longmoor
Brutal @ Longmoor is an off road event on Monday 28th December held on sand dune terrain with water and marsh features. The course runs into an arena area that provides close viewing for family and friends. All finishers receive a medal.
There are two course options:
- 5 Miles (8km) single lap including The Dunes, Tank Wallow and the linear pond called the Swimming Pool.
- 10 Miles (16km) two laps with a repeat of the first lap and additional muddy sections.
Age and cut off rules are stated for safety. The 5 Mile option has a minimum age of 10 when accompanied by an entered adult or 13 if unaccompanied. The 10 Mile option has a minimum age of 15 and requires completion of the first lap within 90 minutes.
