The Kiwanis Brunswick Rockin’ Stewbilee 5k
The event is scheduled for January 31, 2026, in Brunswick, GA (31520). The running event is a 5k on a flat, scenic course through downtown Brunswick. The race start is located at Bay Street and Gloucester Street. The race is organized by the Golden Isles Track Club in partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Brunswick and benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Brunswick. Chip timing is provided by Quintanar Running Company. Race registration includes a free entry to the Stewbilee (stated value $8). The listed entry fee is $40, with the price increasing after December 31, 2025.
Additional activities and awards
The Brunswick Rockin’ Stewbilee festival at Mary Ross Waterfront Park includes a stew tasting where cooking teams compete for the Peoples' Choice and Judges' Award. The day-long event also features live music, a pooch parade, a classic and antique car show, arts and crafts vendors, and stew sampling. Packet pickup is available the day before (TBD) and on race day. Awards are given for Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female (40+), and the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age groups are: 12 and under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
