Event Overview
The Sweet Air Trail Race is a trail running event. The course will be approximately 8 miles in length. It is held at Gunpowder State Park in Sweet Air.
Course Details
The trail course crosses from the Harford County side of the park to the Baltimore County side and back. The terrain includes rolling hills, fast sections, and water crossings. Mud may also be present on the trail.
Registration & Participation
There is no fee to register for the race, but donations are welcome. Registration is required and the park has set a participant capacity of 100 runners. In previous years, the event had over 200 participants. Runners who register late may be placed on a waitlist. Participants are asked to notify organizers if they cannot run so their spot can be given to another runner. Bib pickup occurs on race day.
