GPS Big Gunpowder Trail Race

The GPS Big Gunpowder Trail Race is a 5.25 mile trail event at Gunpowder State Park, Belair Road in Kingsville, Maryland on October 18, 2026. It is the shortest event in the Baltimore Road Runners Club trail series. The course includes a steep climb near the start, downhill sections, single-track segments and a fast finish.

The event is supported by donations only; there is no registration fee and donations are collected at bib pickup. Registration is race-day only. Directions note use of I-695 to exit 32B, Belair Road north. Parking is available on the east side of Belair Road. If that area is full, parking across Belair Road at the Park and Ride next to the Gunpowder Lodge is free and offers pedestrian access to the course via an underpass footpath. Do not park in the Gunpowder Lodge lot.
