The Broome County Parks Triathlon 2026 is a sprint-distance multisport event held on Saturday, June 27, 2026. The program includes an individual sprint triathlon, a team relay triathlon, an aquabike, and a duathlon. Entry is open to participants aged 14 to 99. Listed entry fees and current availability at the time of posting are: individual triathlon $69.90, team relay $80.50, aquabike $69.90, and duathlon $69.90; prices were scheduled to increase after December 3, 2025. The race is organized under USA Triathlon rules and provides course maps for the swim, bike and run segments for the adult sprint distances.
Location, purpose and logistics
The event takes place at Dorchester Park, 5469 NY Rt. 26, Whitney Point, NY 13862. This is the 20th annual running of the Broome County Parks Triathlon. Race proceeds will benefit the Broome County Parks Handicapped Playground Fund to support accessible playground equipment. Packet pickup is available at Dorchester Park on race day.
