Brimfield Old Settlers Days 5K
Brimfield Old Settlers Days 5K is a community event in Brimfield, Illinois taking place on Saturday, August 15, 2026. The event includes a 5K run, a 1 Mile walk, and a kids 1/4 Mile fun run. Proceeds benefit people in need in the Brimfield area.
The 5K and 1 Mile courses start and finish on U.S. Route 150 in downtown Brimfield near the American Legion. Both courses are described as paved, flat, and measured for accuracy. Packet pickup and bib pickup are organized at the American Legion Hall and in front of the American Legion Hall on event days.
Registration categories listed include paid entries for the 5K Run/Walk, the 1 Mile Walk, a Brimfield Supporter option, and a free untimed Kids 1/4 Mile Fun Run for ages 12 and under. Shirts were guaranteed for registrations completed through July 25. Timing and scoring are provided by ShaZam Racing.
Awards are given for overall finishers and age groups. Overall awards are the top two males and top two females by gun time. Age group awards are the top three males and top three females by net time in standard age brackets. Age group double dipping is not allowed.
