BrighTEN Marina Run, Brighton Marina
The BrighTEN Marina Run is a coastal running event based at Brighton Marina in Brighton and Hove. The course runs out onto the Brighton Marina Wall and continues east along the Undercliff Path toward Rottingdean, then returns via the Overcliff back to Brighton Marina. The route uses seafront paths and offers views of the English Channel and the city coastline.
Two distance options are available
- 10 miles with about 75 m elevation gain
- 10 km with about 65 m elevation gain
Both routes are described as mostly off-road, flat and flowing with very little climbing. The event provides chip timing and on-course refreshments. Entries include a high-quality metal finisher medal, a finisher goodie and a personalised certificate. First aid cover, water stations and marshals are provided on course.
Practical details include bib collection on arrival (participants should bring their QR code), a plastic-free policy that asks runners to use a reusable cup or bottle at water stations, and clear course signage using pink arrows and tape. Caution signs mark hazards and road junctions. Spectators are welcome at the venue, which is centred on The Waterfront at Brighton Marina.
