Brighton Marina Run (BrighTEN)
The Brighton Marina Run is a coastal road and trail event that starts and finishes at Brighton Marina. The route includes running along the Marina Wall, continues east on the Undercliff Path towards Rottingdean, and returns via the Overcliff with views of the English Channel and the city skyline.

The course uses flat, flowing off-road paths with little climbing. Published elevation gain is about 75 m for the 10 miles route and about 65 m for the 10k route. The route is signed with pink arrows and pink tape; hazards and road junctions are marked with caution signs.
Services included on race day comprise chip timing, a high-quality metal finisher medal, a finisher goodie and refreshment, a personalised certificate, first aid cover, on-course water stations, and marshals. The event operates a plastic free policy and asks participants to bring a reusable cup or bottle for use at water stations.
