Brighton Marina Run - Brighton Marina, East Sussex
The Brighton Marina Run takes place on the seafront around Brighton Marina and uses a route that includes the Marina Wall, the Undercliff Path and the Overcliff. The course heads east toward Rottingdean along coastal paths and returns to Brighton Marina.
This event offers two distance choices:
- 10 miles - elevation gain about 75 m
- 10k - elevation gain about 65 m
The route uses mainly flat, flowing off-road paths with little climbing. The Marina Wall section runs out along the structure that juts into the sea. The Undercliff passes alongside the shoreline and chalk cliffs near Rottingdean, while the Overcliff provides higher viewpoints of the English Channel and the city skyline.
Entries include chip timing, a high-quality metal finisher medal, a finisher goodie and a personalised certificate. On-course support includes water stations, on-course refreshments, first aid cover and marshals. The course is waymarked using pink arrows and tape; hazards and road junctions are signed with caution notices. The event starts and finishes at Brighton Marina and finishes with a race centre atmosphere at the marina. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
