Brighouse 10K
The Brighouse 10K is a road race held in the heart of Brighouse. The event features a single distance:

The course follows a fully circular route that travels out towards Elland before looping back to the finish in Brighouse. The terrain consists of smooth, runnable road surfaces, combining urban sections with views across the open valley. The route includes flat and flowing sections designed to accommodate various running paces.
The event is chip timed and the route is clearly marked for participants. The race starts and finishes near Project Colt at Bridgefield Mills. Participants must be at least 16 years old on the day of the event to enter.
Registration for the 2026 edition includes a finisher medal. Event t-shirts are not included in the standard entry fee but are available as an optional extra for participants. There is a water station located at the approximate halfway mark of the course. Limited parking is available in the vicinity, and there is no parking permitted at the event venue itself; participants are encouraged to use public transport or car share.
