BridgeTogether for Autism 5K
The BridgeTogether for Autism Foundation 5K takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in Burr Ridge, Illinois. The start and event venue is at 7075 Veterans Blvd.
This inaugural event raises funds for summer programming and mini-camps for neurodivergent children. It is a 5K run or walk. Registration opens on October 9, 2026. Ticket prices are $40 for adults and $25 for children aged 7-17.
A timeline for the day is provided. Participants can meet at the Buona Companies parking lot for check-in at 9:00 AM. The race starts at 10:00 AM. A post-race celebration begins at 11:00 AM.
The ticket includes several items:
- A commemorative t-shirt and racing bib
- A finisher medal for the first 100 finishers
- Pre-race snacks sponsored by Chick-fil-A and Dunkin'
- A post-race Buona Beef sandwich or Rainbow Cone ice cream
- Live music and photo opportunities
There is a note that registrants after November 25 may not be guaranteed a t-shirt. The first finisher in each age division (6-12, 13-17, 18+) wins a choice of free beef or free ice cream for a year from Buona or Rainbow Cone. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
