5k Fun Run x Flapjack Brewery
This is an untimed 5k fun run at Flapjack Brewery in Berwyn, Illinois. The route starts and ends at the brewery and is designed to showcase the surrounding neighborhood. The course is open to traffic, so participants must follow all traffic laws; routes are clearly marked.
Registration includes one craft brew from Flapjack Brewery at the finish, a choice of Brewery Running Series swag (collector’s pint glass or a seasonal item), and entry into a prize drawing. Post-run activities on site include music, games, giveaways, and partner refreshments. Ten percent of event proceeds support local nonprofits.
Event operations note that the gathering proceeds rain or shine; if running is not safe, the brewery activities may continue. There is no bag check on site. Dogs and strollers are allowed with care and in accordance with brewery policies. A valid ID is required for alcohol; participants under 21 are eligible for a nonalcoholic beverage. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
