Bridge Burner Ultra
The Bridge Burner Ultra is a trail event near Centennial Park in Canon City, Colorado. The event offers multiple distances over natural singletrack and mixed terrain.

The 35 mile course starts in the historic mining town of Canon City and follows the Arkansas River before passing through granite blasted tunnels along Tunnel Drive. The route includes a steep climb to the highest point of the course at 7,109 feet, with expansive views of the Royal Gorge, the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, and Pikes Peak.
Much of the route runs on rolling singletrack through Royal Gorge Mountain Park. The 50K course crosses the highest bridge in the United States before a final descent through Temple Canyon. The course includes roughly 4,500 feet of elevation gain. The event is scheduled late in the season and uses a single loop format for the 35 mile distance.
