Brewhouse Triathlon

The Brewhouse Triathlon is a USAT sanctioned multisport event held at Island Lake Park Pavilion, 7204 Rice Lake Rd, Duluth MN 55803. The program includes short and long course individual races and relay team options.

Distances listed for the primary individual races:

• Short course individual: 500 m swim, 8 mile bike, 2.5 mile run. An exhibition swim wave with a 200 m swim is available.
• Long course individual: 1500 m swim, 24.8 mile bike, 5 mile run.

Relay entries are organized by team. Team entries are priced per team and teams are composed of two or three members. Each relay member must register individually to sign the waiver and to confirm a USAT license.

• Individual entry fees shown at $79 and relay captain entry fees shown at $89. A relay participant fee of $25 applies when adding to an existing team.
• Online registration ends at 7pm on the Saturday night before the race. There is in person registration at packet pick up; there is no day of race registration.
• Every participant must hold either an annual USAT license or purchase a one day USAT license; one day insurance can be purchased during registration.
• Shirt sizes are guaranteed up to three weeks before the event. There are no refunds but registrations may be deferred with at least four weeks notice.
