Breezin' Through Beaumont is a 5k road race that starts and finishes at the Beaumont Civic Center, 550 E. Sixth St., Beaumont, CA 92223. The course runs along the islands of Palm Avenue to 13th Street, returns southbound to 8th Street, winds around Stewart Park, and finishes back at the Civic Center.
Registration is $30. Preregistration through April 30 guarantees a race shirt; all sales are final and refunds are not available. Race-day bib pickup is available at the Beaumont Civic Center, and bibs and shirts can be collected in advance on May 12–14 at the Albert A. Chatigny Sr. Community Recreation Center.
Awards will be presented on the civic center steps, with medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age division and trophies for the overall male and female winners. Age divisions begin at 7 to 9 years and extend up to 80 and over.
During the event there will be rolling street closures and no-parking zones affecting parts of the city, including 6th Street, Palm Avenue, 8th Street, Orange Avenue, and Magnolia Avenue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
