Breckland Forest 10K Run
A trail run of 10K in and around Santon Downham, taking in parts of Breckland and Thetford Forest. The route is mainly off-road with a few short road sections.
The event is chip timed and has no cut off time. All finishers receive a bespoke medal.
Santon Downham Village Hall is the event base, with car parking available there. The organisers ask participants to car share where possible to reduce disturbance to nearby residents. Toilets are available at the Village Hall, and tea, coffee and bacon butties can be purchased on site.
A water station is provided at the halfway point, and free cold drinks are available at the start and finish area. Individual runners and teams are welcome. No runners under the age of 16 are permitted and dogs are not allowed. Headphones are permitted but must be removed on the road sections.
