About the race
The Breaking Bonds Ministries 5K Run/Walk takes place on October 3, 2026, at Cox Memorial Hall in Jackson, Missouri. Packet pick-up for pre-registered participants is available on Friday, October 2 between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM and on the morning of the event at Cox Memorial Hall, 225 S High St, Jackson, MO. Medals will be awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in each age division. Businesses may sponsor the event at various levels. Age categories listed for the 5K include ages 6 to 16 and ages 17 and older. Breaking Bonds Ministries operates a seven-month, faith-based residential recovery program for men that provides a free 24-hour care facility, work opportunities, Bible study, and life skills classes.
