Braves Country 5K & Dash
Braves Country 5K presented by Southwire takes place at Truist Park in Atlanta on June 6, 2026. The event includes a 5K for participants ages 8 and older and a Dash for children ages 7 and under. The 5K course runs through the streets surrounding Truist Park and finishes on the field at the ballpark.
Registration for the 5K includes an adidas short-sleeve shirt and one ticket to a select Atlanta Braves game dated between June 6 and June 21, excluding June 20. Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis and must be redeemed by June 21 or they will be donated. After registration, registrants receive a separate email from the Atlanta Braves within seven business days with instructions to redeem the game ticket. Registrants may select seating when redeeming tickets, with options including Grandstand Reserve on the upper deck 400 level and Home Run Porch behind the outfield 100 level.
Event provisions listed for participants include free parking and a short-sleeve shirt for Dash entrants. The 5K has a course time limit of 1 hour and 15 minutes, equivalent to a 25 minute per mile pace. For safety, no pets or wheeled conveyances of any kind are permitted on the course. Headphones are strongly discouraged. Braves Country 5K is the second race in the ATL Fit Fan Series, which awards a commemorative medal for completing the series.
