24th Annual Brainstorm Walk/Run - Epilepsy Families Southeast Wisconsin
Epilepsy Families Southeast Wisconsin, founded in 1954, organizes the annual Brainstorm Walk/Run to support people affected by epilepsy across a four-county area. The organization serves approximately 59,000 persons with epilepsy, including about 10,000 children, and provides outreach, education, socialization, advocacy, and research efforts for people with epilepsy and their families.
The 24th Annual Brainstorm event takes place on June 28 at Veteran's Park in Milwaukee. The event program includes multiple distance options and a timed competitive race with results divided by age groups. Packet pickup is available. Breakfast and lunch are provided on site. The City of Milwaukee Mounted Police will be in attendance during the event.
