BRAIN Foundation Spectrum Run 5K/10K
The BRAIN Foundation, a local non profit dedicated to the health, independence, and well being of people with autism, is organizing a community run and walk at Almaden Lake Park in San Jose on May 16, 2026. The event brings together in person and virtual options and is described as family friendly.
Distances include:
- 10K race with electronic timing
- 5K race with electronic timing
- 1.5 Mile Park Loop 1.5 mile run or walk around the park
- Virtual 5K option
All participants receive a T shirt and a unique finisher medal. The 5K and 10K use electronic bib timing, and walking is welcome for all distances. The event offers family discounts and team pricing. Food trucks are scheduled on site. Early bib and T shirt pickup is available Friday May 15, 5 00 to 7 00 pm at Road Runner Sports in Sunnyvale.
