Bowers Heritage Day 5k

Bowers Heritage Day 5k is a community running and walking event on Clifton Cubbage Drive in Frederica, Delaware. The 5K Run/Walk offers a competitive walking option as well, with day-of registration. A course map outlines the route, and the atmosphere includes tee shirts, post-race refreshments, and live music.

R2R Timing provides chip timing, and online results are posted after the race. Awards include top overall male/female and masters, as well as top finishers in 10-year age groups from 13 & under to 70 & over, plus top walkers. The event benefits the Bowers Beach Maritime Museum.
