Bowers Heritage Day 5k is a community 5K run and walk held on October 11, 2026, at Clifton Cubbage Drive in Frederica, Delaware. The event benefits the Bowers Beach Maritime Museum. Day of race registration is available.

• 5K run/walk
• Competitive walking 5K must walk the entire race, no running or jogging

Registration fees are posted with mandatory charges included; sample tiers shown are $28.38 and $33.70. The event provides unisex tee shirts, post race refreshments, and music. No dogs are allowed due to insurance liability. Bibs are non transferable and registrations are non refundable.

Timing and results use chip timing provided by the MYLAPS BibTag system through R2R Timing Timing Systems. Top finisher awards for overall male and female and for overall masters are scored by gun time. All other age group awards are scored by chip net time. Awards include top male and female, top male and female masters, top three male and female in 10 year age groups from 13 and under through 70 and over, and top three male and female walkers.
