Bow Wow Dash
Bow Wow Dash is the 6th annual 5K run/walk held in Lewisburg, Tennessee on 09/19/2026 at 611 Brents Road. The in-person event benefits Animal Rescue Assistance Team Tennessee; all profit from the 5K will go to that organization.
The event is chip timed. The course distance is 5K (3.1 miles). Dogs are allowed only on a leash; racers with dogs will be started in the back, and chip timing ensures starting position does not affect official time.
Age divisions are 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & Over. Awards include a trophy for the top male and female overall, and medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age division.
