Event Overview

The event takes place on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at the Lewisburg Rec Center in Lewisburg, Tennessee. It includes two distances: the Lewisburg Ugly Sweater 5K and the Lewisburg Ugly Sweater Fun Run 1 mile. All profits from the event benefit the MCHS Golf Team of Lewisburg, also referred to as the Marshall County Golf Team.

Course & Format

The main 5K run/walk is a timed event. The course goes through a local golf course. The event is open to participants aged 4 to 100. Pets are not allowed on the course.

Awards & Perks

The event features multiple age divisions: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over. Awards are given to the top overall male and female winner, who each receive a trophy. The top three male and female finishers in each age division receive a placement medal. Every participant receives a finishing medal and a T-shirt.
