Huffin for the Stuffin 5K Run/Walk
Huffin for the Stuffin is a community 5K run and walk held at the Lewisburg Rec Center in Lewisburg, Tennessee. The course runs near the local golf course and is presented as a timed event. The event benefits the Marshall County golf teams and directs all profits to a Marshall County senior for a scholarship.
The event charges a registration fee of $25.00. Age divisions are 0 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over. Awards include a trophy for the overall first male and female finishers, placement medals for the top three males and females in each age division, and a finishing medal for every participant.
The organizer describes the event as family friendly and focused on community health and activity. Because the course is on the Lewisburg golf course, pets are not allowed on the course.
