Bourbonnais Turkey Trot - Bourbonnais, Illinois
The Bourbonnais Turkey Trot is an annual run and walk hosted by the Bourbonnais Township Park District at Perry Farm Park. The 2026 edition takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, and is presented as a community Thanksgiving tradition.

Packet pick up is available before the event at Exploration Station, 1095 Perry Street, Bourbonnais, and additional packet pickup and day-of registration take place at the same location on race day. Race shirts and guaranteed sizes require registration by October 25, 2026; the registration fee increases after that date.
Awards for the 5K and 10K include top overall male and female and the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 14 and under; 15 to 19; 20 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; and 50 and over. The 2 Mile Walk features overall male and female awards. The event also lists themed awards, including Tom The Turkey Best Dressed and Family Costume Best Dressed.
The Bourbonnais Township Park District, established in 1986, manages the event venue and operates four parks with over 379 acres of open space, playgrounds, ball fields, ponds and trails, and runs a variety of seasonal programs and annual events.
