Bourbon & Beyond 5K
The Bourbon & Beyond 5K is a running event held on September 26, 2026 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The course covers 3.1 Miles and runs through the Kentucky Exposition Center grounds and Kentucky Kingdom.
Event activities include pre-race festivities with music, light snacks and refreshments. A curated Bourbon & Beyond playlist accompanies participants along the course, and live music is presented at the finish line by the Battle of the Strings winner.
The race is professionally chip timed. All participants receive a commemorative Bourbon & Beyond 5K short-sleeve race shirt and a custom finisher medal.
Registration opens February 23, 2026 and closes March 22, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00.
Packet pick-up is available at Planet Fitness, 4025 Poplar Level Rd., Louisville KY 40213, on Thursday, September 24 and Friday, September 25 during the published pick-up hours. Race morning packet pick-up is available at the Kentucky Exposition Center near the start line in Parking Lot E2.
Youth participants must be at least five years of age on race day and must be able to complete the 5K on their own. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
