Alpine Bank Boulder Thanksgiving Day 5K and Kids 800 m Fun Run

The event in downtown Boulder features a community 5K and a Kids 800 m fun run on Pearl Street. The course links the West End and East End of Pearl Street and finishes on the Pearl Street Mall in front of the historic Boulder County Courthouse. Participants pass several local landmarks including Hotel Boulderado, Boulder Theater, and the Boulder County Courthouse.

The event supports Harvest of Hope Pantry. Harvest of Hope provides free, supplemental food to roughly 175 shoppers a day, six days a week, and uses local food drives, farm donations, retail food recovery, and community support to serve people facing food insecurity. Ten percent of every race registration will be donated directly to Harvest of Hope Pantry, and every dollar donated provides one nutritious meal through the pantry’s purchasing partnerships.

Registration details include event fees for the listed races and a deadline to receive the official long sleeve race shirt: register before 11:59 PM on Sunday, October 4, to receive the shirt. Event rules state that baby strollers are allowed, dogs are not permitted, and there are no race refunds.
