About the race
BougeBouge Mont-Royal Marathon takes place on Mount Royal with the event hub at Café des Amis - Chalet du Mont-Royal (1196 Voie Camillien-Houde, Montréal, QC H3G 1A1). Participants can choose among several race and walk distances:

- 21.1 km
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 2 km
- 1 km
All finishers receive a standard finisher medal. Personalized medals are available only during online registration and are handed out with bib pick-up. To receive a personalized bib with a first name, registration must be completed at least 10 days before the event. Bib pick-up occurs on the event morning and group members may have a colleague collect bibs on their behalf.
The marathon and half-marathon have Athletics Canada certification, and the event is organized with the Fédération d'athlétisme du Québec; all distances are certified as trail runs. Timing is provided by Sportstats and results are published by age category. One or more aid stations will be on course; there is a single refill station and no paper cups will be supplied. Gels will be available and participants must keep waste until finish to avoid disqualification.
Tickets are paid and non-refundable unless the organizer cancels. Platform fees apply and prices increase in the final weeks before the event. Payment options include major cards and online methods. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
