BORDERLINE Weekender

BORDERLINE Weekender takes place starting on 11 September 2027 at Traquair House and combines gravel cycling and trail running over demanding terrain. The programme includes a 200 km gravel endurance event and three trail ultra distances, all held over a single weekend with on-course support.

Distances offered:

BORDER.200 - 200 km gravel endurance challenge
BORDER.100 - 100 km trail ultra
BORDER.80 - 80 km trail ultra
BORDER.50 - 50 km trail ultra

Included services cover route marking, timing and on-site support. Routes are fully waymarked and events use chip timing with live tracking. Feed stations are fully stocked. Medical cover includes professionally qualified personnel, medical clinics at basecamp and finish points, and centralised event control to coordinate emergency support. Free camping is provided at basecamp. Finishers receive a medal and commemorative memento.

Entry details are specified by distance. Entries for the BORDER.200 are open now. Entries for the BORDERLINE trail ultras (BORDER.100, BORDER.80 and BORDER.50) open on 1 November.
