BOG JOG 5K - Memphis, TN
The BOG JOG 5K is scheduled for March 14, 2026 at the Regalia Shopping Center and is hosted by the Memphis Irish Society with Bog & Barley Irish Pub as the presenting sponsor. The event offers a 5K Run Walk and a Spirit Runner option and lists family friendly pricing for ages 12 and under.
Participants receive t-shirts and finisher medals, and the event awards overall and age group winners. The course is described as fast and flat and passes through neighborhoods including Kirby Woods and River Oaks. This is the first annual running of the event.
After the run there will be authentic Irish music, food, and drink at the event site. The program includes an Irish costume contest and an Irish dance contest; entrants must be registered in the 5K Run Walk or as a Spirit Runner to compete. Attendees are asked to bring identification.
