Runners start from the field adjacent to the farm, follow the beck, and climb to the top of Flan Fell. The U14 race turns at the top of Flan Fell. Seniors and U17 drop to the field corner, then return over the top of Flan Fell to the finish.
Entry and categories
Entry on the day is available; there is no pre-entry. Senior entry is £5 and non-members are charged £5. Junior races are held for Under 9, Under 12, Under 14, and Under 17.
