The route begins with a steady climb up fields and tracks to High Bradley, followed by a steep ascent to the top of Bradley moor. Organisers note that there is no gala this year, so races will not start from the playing field; registration and the race start will be from the field where the Under 9s normally run, and parking will be in that field. Updated race maps are provided by the organisers. For juniors, the Under 9s will run to the second gate and the Under 12s will do a lap of the second field on the way to their turn and then run straight back; other turn points remain the same.
