The event takes place on June 6, 2027 at Gadsden Park, 6901 S Macdill Ave, Tampa, FL 33611. It offers a mix of in-person running distances and a virtual option.

Standard registration items for in-person and virtual participants are a designer event shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a custom bib. Chip-timing with live results and awards is provided for timed races. Free event photos and snacks at the finish line are listed as included.
The virtual option allows participants to run any day and at any location. Virtual registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping for the mailed packet; packets will ship the Wednesday after the event. Virtual participants can upload times starting on the event date and may upload photos to the participant photo album.
A specific guarantee is noted for shirts: register by midnight on Thursday two Thursdays before race day to guarantee a shirt. Youth pricing applies for the 5K and 10K for participants 12 and under at $17. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
