Golden Harvest Half Marathon & 5k/10k : Sugar Land
The Golden Harvest event at Brazos River Park in Sugar Land, Texas, offers multiple running options and a virtual alternative. Distances and formats include:
- 50 m Kid's Dash for ages 10 and under
- 1 mile untimed fun run
- 5K (3.1 miles) with chip timing and awards
- 10K (6.2 miles) with chip timing and awards
- Half marathon (13.1 miles) with pacers and chip timing
- Virtual Run and volunteer then run options
Registrations for most distances include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The 5K and 10K offer youth pricing of $17 for ages 12 and under. Chip timing is available for the 5K, 10K, and half marathon, with live results and awards. The half marathon includes pacers. Event photography is provided and finish-line refreshments are listed among the postrace offerings.
The Kid's Dash is untimed and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a custom kids' medal; children may run the Kid's Dash without receiving event swag. The Virtual Run includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; participants can upload times and photos to the event results and photos pages. The Volunteer then Run option asks volunteers to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup and permits running a chosen distance afterward. The Running Buddy Half Marathon requires prior approval.
