9/11 Heroes Run - Houston, Texas
The 9/11 Heroes Run is a community 5K event held at Houston City Hall on September 12, 2026. The event brings together runners, ruckers, and walkers to honor the heroes of 9/11 and service members, including veterans, active duty, first responders, and families of the fallen.
Multiple registration types are offered, including paid and no‑fee options, volunteer roles, and specialized honor bib entries. TMF partners with GORUCK to offer rucking divisions at the event. Rucking participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks, and all registrants in the GORUCK division receive the event’s exclusive TMF GORUCK patch.
