Most race registrations open on August 14, 2025; the Half Marathon registration opens on August 1, 2025. Registration close dates vary by event: the Half Marathon closes August 3, 2026; the 5K and 10K close October 26, 2026; several other events close on January 30, 2027.
Race entries commonly include a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. In-person timed events use chip timing with live results and awards and there are free race photos. The Kid's Dash is untimed for ages 10 and under and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specially crafted medal; children may run the Kid's Dash without receiving swag at no charge. The Virtual option includes a digital bib, mailed packet with shirt and medal, and packet shipping; virtual participants can upload times and photos starting the event day and mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race.
