Race features and logistics
The 5k and 12k entries include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash registrations are untimed and include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal; the Kid's Dash shirt is youth-sized and the dash is for ages 10 and under. The 5k and 12k use chip timing with live results and awards. Free event photos and finish-line treats are provided. Packet pickup is available on race day before the race.
Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; virtual packets are mailed the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos afterward.
Age-group awards for the 5k and 12k are offered for overall male and female, masters (40+), and top three male and female in age groups from 10 & under through 80+. The Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards.
The organizer has a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and may be canceled only for venue requirements or hazardous conditions, in which case entrants may be transferred to the virtual option.
